I can't remember off the top of my head the exact hp my Minolta has but I know it is not in the 1200hp range. Can you get more than 1100hp out of it? I have done the turbo upgrade..

The reason I ask is I was doing some research on fastest laps and Midfield being one of my favorite circuits I thought I'd see what others were using and their times. A couple of them here https://www.gtplanet.net/index.php?categoryid=39&p99_gameid=4&p99_trackid=104 sow the Minolta in the 1200 range. How??

all i can think of is make sure it is fresh and new - cars show a slow degradation in HP up to about 10000kms then plateau at something like a 10% down on new HP. And make sure you have changed the OIL. if you have 1100hp already, you most likely do have the stg 4 turbo so that isn't the problem.

Oh and how good is midfield! i just love the place. Shame there aren't more races there. I've loved it ever since the crazy minute madness from GT2.

You've apparently put a ton of miles on yours and worn it out. B-Spec El Capitan tonight while you sleep and pick up your new 88C-V in the morning. It will have 1223 HP with the Stage 4 turbo.

in agree with sqwnss i don't know how to get that much hp. i can only get 1128hp stage 4turbo

To get over 1200bhp in the Toyota MINOLTA, it must be brand new/near brand new with oil change. The engine wears out (due to mileage in GT4) and so the more you drive the car, the more bhp is lost.... forever. :dunce:

A new Minolta 88C-V has a peak 1223 PS/1206 HP with max upgrades and new oil. All cars can be run down to 95% of new value and with fully degraded oil to 90.25%.

hey guys.
just joined up for one reason-help! lol
ive completed all the beginner and pro events, and tried my hand at the GT world championships. i used a pagani zonda 950HP first, and lost before i even started! i tried again with a caddilac cien 1012HP, and lost yet again. ive only got $1.2million, and need 3.5million-4.5million for a good car. i want to get the Minolta Toyota race car, so to race in the El Captain endurance race what car should i use out of the 2 mentioned and a TVR cerbera speed 12 1045HP & a chevvy camaro LM race car 950HP??? please help someone!!!

A stock Cien is easily more than enough to do the El Capitan endurance race. You have to fit it with sports tyres tho'.

And as to your GTWC problems. Do a search. There are a plethora of threads on it.

And as your question doesn't really have anything to do with the topic
