No.

This is most often a consequence of changing timezones on your console system clock, or logging into your account on different consoles set to different timezones.

That's unfortunate. I only have one console and it never left my livingroom

It doesn't need to move to change timezones (nor will that be an outcome if it does). It's something done in the console settings, also automatically when your region advances or retreats the clocks for winter/summer time (though this doesn't trigger it, only manual changes do).

If you haven't changed the timezone then there is another possible trigger which requires that you are taking part in a Weekly Challenge event on the "present" set when your timezone passes midnight on Friday morning to change the Challenges to a new set.

Either way though, there is no way to rectify it.

It happened to me twice in the past, one week no rewards at all and another time just one out of three. I don't think it was during timezone change season but it is what it is.
