Unfortunately not, no.

This is an issue that Polyphony Digital is investigating. If it does manage to find a fix then chances are it'll be part of the next update, which we're estimating to be on January 25th.

It's worth noting that the issue is intermittent; I've also had two weeks where I didn't get the rewards, but all the other weeks have been fine.

This is happening to me as well (for the first time). I'm down Cr.750,000 for Weekly Challenges: January - Week 4.
