Missing textures on Nurburgring 24hr!?

I was doing a race round the Nurburgring with day / night transition, everything was good for the first two laps, then as soon as it was night parts of the road turned into blocks of pure black (no grass or road markings) and parts of the hills next to the course were missing and you could see right through the track! This really confused me! Has anybody else experienced this?

Yes, I got this too. Started at 3:30 AM with day/night progression, but fixed weather. Random pieces of the track went missing all over the place as the sun rose above the horizon. In that same session I also had to leave my own lobby and re-enter because the game got stuck loading (at 100%. no buttons functional) after I did some changes to the track. Seems like Nurb 24hr has some loading issues. It is the biggest track in the game as far as I know.

Ive had this happen a few times as well, once during GT Life practice, and twice online (troublesome to say the least when you're racing close!).

I've had this problem twice, don't remember if it was in GT Life or online.

Yep I was stuck at the start line and the countdown would not start, the pits were messed up and had no texture also.

What exactly do you mean by looking straight through the track?

I mean you can see into the vast nothingness of outside the track.

Oh right. I've not noticed that as of yet but will certainly keep an eye out.

Haven't seen this in the full game yet, but happened to me on the Best Buy demo in store.
