Is it me or has the Mitsubishi Dealership changed it's line up?

I don't remember ever seeing the red, slightly liveried (the model eludes me, I'll add it when I get on GT5) '99 Lancer. And wasn't there a late 90's Rally car in there as well??
 
That would the Evolution X TC. (Touring Car) It came in the first batch of DLC and with a good update, is now available for purchase through the New Car Dealership. But, it is only purchasable if you have purchased the DLC. The red mark on the corner indicates either that's it's a DLC car and can only be obtained through purchase of the content, or it's a warning that it's a permanent car which can not be removed from your garage, no matter what. Or both.
 
No, I don't mean that. I'm talking about the Lancer Evolution VI GSR T.M. ‘99, the second to last car in the line up. Also I remember there being the traditional Mitsubishi Lancer Rally car in the line up that seems to have dissapeared?

Well, as we do have that car, the rally version is a standard model and seeing it will take some time to find it in the Used Car Dealership. In fact, all the Mitsubishi rally cars are standard models.
