Hi there i have seen one of these in a online lobby with black whhels i do not know what this specific model is called but if anyone has one i can pretty much trade anything? And its the twin turbo model

None of the Mitsubishi 3000GT's or Mitsubishi GTO's have black wheels

You either saw a different car, or the wheels appeared black because of shadows or odd lighting in the map
