I send at between 2PM and 4PM GMT everyday so can't really leave it any later sorry

Trade resets at 12am GMT/7pmEST/4pm PST every day. Doesn't matter where you live, doesn't matter when you sent, that's when it resets.

Yep. If you wanted to, you could send one right before and one right after on the same acount.
