I raced him not to long after he raced me the second time. I beat him by about .7 or so after buyin parts and dynoing.

The thing I don't get is how I just inched him out when my car is worth more than twice as much as his. I went to check the stats on the car after I won it, and he wasn't evn upgraded that much. He had 75 fewer HP and his handling rating was 350 less. I don't get it at all.
 
Did he have like exactly the same car?
 
The same car, but my upgrades were higher than his in everything except NOS and his supercharger which were the same.
 
Maybe he detuned it or something...
