I transfer files via bluetooth to my K700i. The bluetooth adaptor was half the price of a data cable, and it keeps my desk tidyer, slightly ...

At £15 who can complain?

In about a months time(i have to save a few paychecks first), i'll be getting a Sony Ericsson T637. A buddy of mine has the t610 and its a great phone, and the T637 is a better version so i cant lose. The phone costs around $300 but probly less if i get a longer plan. Its got a 2mp camera, photo editor, bluetooth, and a bunch of other features that will take too long to mention.

I swear that's a t630 ...

No, but its a lot similar. The difference between the two phones is that the t630 has a frequency that is made for outside the US and the t637 is the North American version of the phone. In general, the T630 that we were offering had 900/1800/1900 and the T637 had 850/1800/1900.

Jon.
The t630 doesn't have a 2mp camera , it;s got a maximum (on extended) of 640x480
Don't remind me....

And if the photo editor is the same as mine, it's pants.

Basically a crappier version of paint for your mobile.

I never use the photo editor on mine anyway. I see no point really. What you should invest in instead is a bluetooth adaptor - £15 from argos. It's a belkin. Pretty easy to use. The file sending thing doesn't work, so i just go into my bluetooth places, select k700i, and then obex file transfer, and it opens up the phones folders to view. It's great!

I'm too lazy to spend £15 on an adapter.

I'll just have to get it to work with my sis' laptop when she comes home from Uni.

I've noticed a problem with my k700 recently, and that is my signal is becoming erratic. And it's not o2's fault - i get no signal problems in my old nokia 3220. In the k700, it can be just a slight tilt to the left, and my signal will drop to 1 bar instead of 4. The other thing i've noticed is the joystick. It seems to becoming unresponsive. I find myself really having push it to one side hard, rather than flicking it like i did when i first got it. If either get any worse, i'll consider taking it back. The signal one is the most annoying.

Ive been using the SE T290i for a couple of days now and it's great. It only cost me £30 on vodafone pay as you go and it was easily the best phone available in my £40 budget. Im turning into a bit of a phone nut now as this is such a big change from my Siemens A50. I've never had a WAP phoen before either and I have to say that mobile internet is much better than I imagined, its pretty useful for finding out little bits of information.
Now im on Vodafone I also get the find and seek feature whic his pretty cool, It's sponsored by Thomson Local so it'll only bring up places that are listed with them, but then it doesnt really matter with petrol stations n stuff.

I got the black one, looks miles better IMO.

I have a Nokia 3650 and 3230.The 3650 I got few years back as a gift. The 3230 on other hand,I bought for my first pay few months ago. Both phones are Symbian OS,and 3230 has a radio and Mp3 too.And it is really loud, too.

Hmm, the signal problem seems to have stopped, but now if people call me, and my signal is below 4, they get diverted to the voicemail, or told the phone is switched off.

I have upgraded from a Nokia 6600 and 3200 to a Samsung D500. Looking at the Nokia N91 right now for when it comes out. Looks pretty decent right. What do you guys think of it.

N91 looks alright yeah. Just pretty expensive. Pretty sweet looking and nice features. I'd get one, but i really have to limit the number of phones i buy!

Yeah it is quite expensive. I have heard rumours of 700Euros. You said you have to limit the number of phones you buy. How many you got or which ones are you planning on purchasing?
