Did anyone happen to think the change in one car per day to one per 24 hours might have really caused the guy not to be able to send the car. I know it would be hard to sit and wait it our 24 hours in the OP's shoes but the guy could still be trying to trade in good faith.

If he does not send in 24 then shame on him!

Scamming is common! For every good guy, there is a bad guy. I was scammed of my F10! Your loss of the x1 is a damn shame. My question for a mod would be... Does this apply to a criminal offense reporting him to PSN? Or... Because you gave the car as a gift, you were negligent and this wouldn't apply as criminal offense?

Also I learned about the new "24 hour" rule last night. Sending a car at 11:55 pm then trying again at 12:05am. The recipient was not happy, but neither was I. Give him 24 hrs and the benefit of the doubt. But if he deleted you as a friend right after te trade then u were got. That's exactly what happened to me. Good thing bob the scientist has his cloning skills on point, and shouldn't have a problem getting an f10 back!
