Call of Duty is like Pokemon now. So many things.
 
Call of Duty is great fun but I can't buy the games anymore... every couple of months you hear the last one you bought is being replaced and before you know it there is no one online playing the 60-70 dollar game you bought 6 months ago. :indiff:

That's also just one of the problems I have... As someone who actually knows a teeny, tiny, little bit about guns, the COD franchise has been killing me ever since I saw 9mm pistols with more stopping power than .45s and M14s that aren't fully automatic.

I understand trying to balance the game but it would be much more appealing to me if the developers would at least attempt to put some accuracy into the weapons used during gameplay. :irked:

That said, it's been a while since I played any COD so maybe in the next gen if they can do it right I will be a customer again. Until I see those basic improvements I have a feeling games like "The Division" are going to make COD look bad and eventually result in the death of a franchise I genuinely enjoyed for many years.

Btw, my last COD was MW3, leveled to (I think) prestige 3 or 4... Just enough time for a more than casual but not obsessive gamer see Black Ops 2 released. :rolleyes:

Yeah, I bet that's gonna turn out to be a bad thing in the game.

Just think about it. How annoying isn't it having the 12 year old's running around shouting in their mic's all the time... "Don't shoot me, i'm a woman"...
And when you do shoot them, they whine about it all the time, threaten to report you for killing them and such.... Of course just rubbish, but really annoying.

And then there's the hundred different perks and killstreaks. Come on!


No, i'm glad I saw the light of the Battlefield series, and soon it's BF4 time. :dopey:



*Note: No offense to women, I just think it's a bad idea in a game like Call of Duty!
Arma and DayZ and such? Sure! Call of Duty? Definitely a bad idea, in my opinion.

The 8 year old screechers is why I'm going for a PS4 release. Hopefully the amount of infants online will be reduced as they can't afford a PS4 and I can.

IF, <- big if there, I were to get CoD: Ghosts, it would be on PC, but since they've ruined it on PC, i'm 100% sure I won't get it.

Or you'll just have the highly spoiled 8 year olds whose parents bought them a PS4 and COD on release day. Their Moms are waiting in line all night in the cold while the brat is at home playing BO2 bragging to everyone that he's getting a PS4.
 
I wonder if it can be tied to the gender you initially entered while registering for PSN or XBL.

Although there'll probably be a bit of backlash regarding "What? I wanna be a giiirrrrlll!! MOOOOOOOOOOOOOM CALL OF DOODY SUCKS!"

Not to mention there's like 8 guns that use 5.56mm NATO rounds and they all have wildly different damage.
 
Guns don't work in space, as a top comment say in the video.

Its campaign will be better than BF4's though

Some people are simply not the smartest.

That's why certain people, who don't know the slightest bit about how guns work, shouldn't have one.
Like a certain guy who seriously told me once that a gun can't fire without a mag... untill I did it in front of his eyes (yeah it really happened).

I didn't knew that magazines now have their own oxidizer, I was only considering that there's no oxygen in outer space that could fire the bullet.

Don't worry, it is very difficult to get a gun in a legal way here, and the best you can get legally is a six-shooter or a hunting rifle.

Magazines don't have anything like that in them. They only hold the rounds, that's it.

It's all in the rounds itself. The explosive in the cartridge doesn't need any oxygen from the air.

18+, decent origin (if immigrant), no criminal history. That's basically all you need here. (Unless you have a certain deficiency, are under police observation or similar ;) )

If a round is chambered, the gun will shoot that round, no matter if there's a mag in the gun or not. Some (mostly civil) firearms have a safety mechanism to avoid this, but that's still quite uncommon. Or the design of the gun doesn't even allow it, but that sort of guns represents a small percentage.

The mechanism would always work for your information. Springs do work no matter if there's air or not...

Sound needs an elastic medium (air is elastic) to travel and that doesn't exist in a vacuum. "Modern" guns would work just fine in space, but you couldn't hear it.
