Just so everyone is aware and if you are having issues to get Update Version 1.03... You must go and get update Version 4.53 for the System update first. I got on this morning and being a Playstation Plus member, my automatic update did not start yet so I had to go in manually to get them.

I had system update, still crashed once during v1.03 loading, 3 beep shut down, on 2013 Super Slim
