Is it possible to race monaco 2 player in arcade mode? because i have completed the arcade mode in hard, and yet i can't find the track in 2 player arcade.

yes but do you have the ending movies?

yes i have the bonus movies, it says goal i select it and there is 2 movies!

There's probably one too many buildings and PD couldn't sacrifice enough of them and still keep the track looking decent so they decided to not make it available. I wouldn't know since I rarely race with friends of mine.
