Does anyone know if the money glitch still works and can it be done on the digital copy of the game. My game is currently on the newest version.

I have saved up for 2 of the 20 million dollar cars but it takes forever.

Please change thread title. It got me excited.

Might wanna just stick to the RedBull events for quick money. 25 minutes for a bit more than 2 million credits.

It doesn't take long. I started an alternate account during the holidays, and I already have 45,000,000 in it with no grinding! The holiday seasonals, subsequent seasonals, and Senna account for most of that. It took about 12 hours to complete enough career mode to unlock all the licenses, gold them, and do some big ticket events to earn this.

If you missed the holiday seasonals, then do Senna, Sierra, the redbulls, and grind on Redbull Standard Champ for $8,000,000 per hour.

Hopefully the Jag was not one of the 20 mil cars you purchased since it was free in the seasonal event last month.

I have barely played since last Feb but I still have the Jag and the Ford GT LM, near 400 other cars many of them cost a few million each and I have about 13 mil on hand. So it really is not that hard to get the credits and is much much easier now than it was at this time last year.

I know this is going to sound blunt and quite honestly, it is meant to sound that way, but it is not meant to be taken personally. You do not need to do any money glitch to get the cars you need because as you can see by the various replies, there are ways to EARN money that does not take long at all. Stop being lazy, play the game and earn the money legitimately. Notice, I said to stop being lazy, I did not say you were lazy, there is a difference. This instant gratification way of thinking really gets me where people want things quick, fast, and in a hurry but don't want to bother to work for it because they don't have the patience to earn it. I call it being part of the Instant Gratification Generation. What would you people do without your microwaves, cell phones, or computers. What would you do if you had to call your friends from one of these?

On a party line, no less.:banghead:

Yea, I was going to add that part but figured not everybody would know what that was. I remember waiting for hours for my neighbors to get off the damn phone so I could make a call.:banghead: On the other hand, it came in handy if you wanted to know your neighbors business. :sly:

Sorry about your luck. I did the money glitch early, bought 400 cars in one day, and I've never turned a wheel in the game other than purely for enjoyment. Gotta jump on the bandwagon on day 1 in GT7:sly:

275.7 hours & 296,471,976 credits... Seems fairly easy to earn credits. The trick is not to waste them on tuning clunkers. Have all the 20M cars except that chrome line Jag, though I have 2 of the Jag... Just can't seem to bring myself to part with it for 6,000,000 credits...

I had a phone like that till the mid 90's, I replaced it with some touch tone junk that only lasted a year or so. That old phone was made in 1977, & never failed. If some one cut your phone line and broke in, you just beat them to a pulp with the phone.
Now back on topic. My second profile is only showing 191 hours & not quite 224,000,000 credits. I really waste to much time playing this game. I won't bother with the other 4 profiles:)

It doesn't take long to get money for a 20 million dollar car which leaves no real reason to glitch or cheat credits, plus where is the achievement in saying "Yes! I've cheated my way to a 20 million dollar car" Just do the all the challenges, seasonal events and quick races, they should give you a few million.

REMOVED LINK

Yes, I know its just a game....and I couldn't be more relaxed. I was just stating my opinion, if that's alright with you. Also, your post has been reported as posting links to game save sharing and the like is against the AUP. :)

I agree with Cargo.

A cheat like you linked to would remove all the fun for me.
Of course if you used that cheat at the start of the game it would have ruined the game but it is over a year old now and I am bored with career mode and I just want to drive different cars now.

If you're bored with the career mode at the start of the game, how does it ruin the game to get everything you want in the beginning exactly?

If game save sharing is against the AUP then you may want to remove the link from your quote too.

As for the main topic of discussion, I can see both sides of the argument about playing through the game and working towards what you want vs being given what you want from day one since you bought the game. I personally have a preference towards the former, as it gives me an incentive to actually play the game I paid for and try out cars that I might not otherwise try.

In the case of GT6 however, it's actually very easy to earn credits compared to earlier games in the series (ie: 3 and 4), so the working towards what you point becomes a moot point. Between quick match, A-spec seasonals, the Red Bull X championships, and some of the shorter IA races, there's no shortage of credit grinding methods in GT6...

Well I definitely do not want to use a game save with everything, what's the point of the game then. I really just want a lot of credits because I find just buying the cars and reading all the descriptions to be the most fun. The reason I started this thread was because I do not want to keep grinding the same race 100 times because that's very boring. I keep up with the seasonal and I race the quick matches every so often. I just want a boatload of credits and keep my current stable of cars.

You can read the descriptions without buying the cars.
