It takes time to build up the money you need to get the cars you want.  thats the point of the game.  
Unless you have a gameshark, youll have to earn them the hard way.  You earn it.
It took me awhile to get the money I wanted.  It was worth it.  
Once your there, you wont have anymore problems.

Look guys, to win money you need to have the licenses they are more important. They let you do the big races and earn 100,000's + every time. Try tuning up one car instead of buying more (and buy used-eg. '94 Impreza).
