Thanks guys, I was thinking of getting the same one battle_stage is getting, but I will check out this Pinnacle TV also.
Also, check out my newest Drift Silvias with my "Sweeper" kit. Opinions welcome.;)

silviadrifter, do you mean the Pinnacle PCTV?

It's a good card, and it's worth it :) Haven't run into any problems with it so far.

I didn't have any problems with the installation. It was easy to install and easy to use. I think it is one of the best cards for $50 (that's how much I paid for mine) :)

It has a S-Video and RCA input as well as a TV Tuner so you can watch TV on the computer :D You can also record (duh!) and export the recorded sessions. If you want more information, just go to www.pinnaclesys.com to get some specifications on it. If you want a radio with that you can get the PCTV Pro, just to let you know.
 
Hi guys, I have seen a lot of disrespect toward other members from Monkey D lately and just wanted to ask you all to PLEASE try to keep this forum friendly. We're all here to help each other out, hating on other teams doesn't better you in any way so I suggest finding another way to make yourselves look bigger than by swarming other threads with single-line unrelated and meaningless posts. Thanks much, and sorry to those TRUE drifters who have to put up with the bad rep the rest of them give you.

i was wondering why you were in here perg... That is definitely something that needed to be said... It seemed to me that certain members were just ganging up on certain individuals lately. Its really unacceptable and it pissed me off. Really it did. When one person on you team has said something it doesnt mean that ever single one of you have to shime in making such threads unreadable and and generally worthless. I want it to be clear that I and i am sure perg do not dislike monkey d. Once again i give props to perg for coming out and pointing out that such behavior will not make you or your team appreaciated... Nor will it change the actions of the individuals you attack... It will also stifle the growth of this forum.

What we should all recognize is that the reason other members might have a problem with us is that in general we have some extremely immature members... Attacking them will not make them change... But by setting a good example we have a chance to guide those members of this forum and i guess make the drifting forum a better place...

I agree with you 100% Bengee, but people like "Man I can drift" have really..really been making useless threads, talking like they have a mental illness and making stereotypes. If we just let them know its not acceptable to type stupid, and contribute insted of posting useless comments, then 90% of the 'attacking' will stop. No one respects drifters because of people that type dumb and post useless things, and then say they're drifters. It honestly gives us a horrible wrap. Usually, I dont care what epople think, but I do care when people that do what i love get dissed. Its bull, and i'm not letting a few people make it worse.
 
I know what you mean... Infact it has always irritated the hell out of me when "someone inparticular" somes in here and starts raising hell... I know man i can drift has been doing some dtupid crap but really he will learn without us messing with his thread... And how about charger kid... he was new and there was no need to smack him down... trust me man maybe its time to ressurect some threads and show newer members of this forum what is needed, but smacking them down will do nothing but drive people away. I dont think its a good idea to drive people away. I mean granted i sometimes feel like i wish some dumasses wouldnt post, but that does not mean that they arent valid members of gtp with the ability to learn and act like real people... I hope this makes sense and if you want to raise realization search for one of my olds threads about being tired of the crap we get... do you remember it... i think it would do good for all new members to read through it...
 
I know what you're saying. But Its getting to the point where in a few weeks, if it keeps up, I'm going to stop posting. Its just irritatings. I know I should be helping them out insted of yelling at them. But in all honestly, anyone over the age of 6 should probably check what's been asked before, and whats new.
 
Yeah, just got really annoying, I'm over it though. Still, we have to get people to stop hating drifters. I ebt if ome of us become real drifters, people will hate us more...
 
Ok, Xzift... I have found that the quality of this forum has decayed since i first joined... and at times i have hated this forum simply because there was absolutely nothing good to talk about... it is possible to just ignore people... and you shouldnt leave becuase of the cations of other people (unless you get banned for a just cause lol)... In everything there are stupid people... its only in new things that these people give everyone involved a bad rep... Just be patient and dont leave a place you obviously enjoy because of stupid people... you will never avoid them anyways...
 
The way craps been going, I'll be banend in a week anyways. :lol: And I realize there will always be stupid people, and I dont blame then for being stupid. But really, they should think about stuff before they do it. Correct me if I'm wrong, since you have been here longer than I have, but in the last very weeks, drifters have been getting dissed pretty badly.
 
Where... i need something to make me angry lol... we have been dissed pretty bad in the past... Klos has even been in here dissing us to our face...
