I don't think you can insert images into your sig, I think IMG code is turned off in signatures

I don't know about HTML, but I've never seen a picture in a sig anywhere on the boards, so I'm assuming HTML is turned off too.

sadly yes. sigs would be nice, but it will LAG GTp really hardcore
