Would love to have a go on the Monza Banking and on the combined road course/oval variation. At the bottom is a youtube clip of the combined circuit being used in the 1966 film "Grand Prix"

Monza Banking - 2.790 Miles (4.490km)

Combined Circuit - 6.214 Miles (10.000km)

We would probably need an invisible wall between the sides of the main straight on the combined circuit, lest people cross over and cause carnage

0:00 - 0:13 Very scary to drive at the Oval track with so high speeds

In rFactor, there is a configuration (by the way, the ISI-offered version is called Brianza in rFactor rather than Monza) that uses both the Grand Prix course along with the Monza oval. That's what I am reminded of when I first saw this topic featured in the little news feed. I would be open to seeing some of these extra configurations for Monza, which is one of my personal favorite tracks.

I would pay for this!👍
so would I, and I HATE to pay for dlc (I'm an old gamer who grew up with unlockables, not payable add ons)!

gonna DL it just to see that!

Well the latest update has given us a new version of the track to race. I really enjoyed the Senna time trial. However I'd still like to see the older version of the track!

If you bought the retro car and track DLC for Shift 2, you could drive up on the old banking from the classic Monza layout... pretty nice easter egg from Slightly Mad there haha.

@The Stig Farmer
yeah well NFS, so no thanks. Here's a vid of it though:

That oval is nasty, gotta be at least 30° banking, and right turn only, would be great in GT!
(more recent) video of it in this post:

Here's a track layout: http://gianmarcocorbetta.it/2013/12/sullautodromo-di-monza-decidano-i-cittadini/
You can see the old banking right near the first chicane, Variante del Rettifilo
