More features for the Arcade Mode (Choose opponents and spectate mode)

Title says it almost all...
You know, people want sometimes to race in arcade mode, just for drive with your car anywhere.
But making it more exciting could be a great thing.
More specifically, my ideas were:

Be able to set opponents in arcade races (1 to 15 opponents)

Spectator mode (freely choosing what car you want to see)

Choose the opponents in arcade race (In many cases of races i saw some pilots very behind, and some very far ahead. So we could be able to take part in very exciting races, or custom the race grid at will. Also, this would give the game more freedom - would be better if you could choose any car, and not a car you own as AI opponent)

Chance to enable performance damage: As it is possible to enable it online, why make it impossible to make it offline?

I agreed both of dem ideas, they are good, and they could bring more freedom in the game, that is what i would love

Actually, I want to have the Event Maker be available in Arcade Mode. This would give you even more options, to set up any race or series you wanted.
