-Tuned (Amuse, Hks, Mines, ecc.)

-only Japanese cars

Short answer, Yes.

Only things you should need to put race tires on are,well, race cars. Then again, it's a matter of perception. I'd rather break earlier, throttle earlier to be able to run that car on tires that are more common, and more widely used, than just hit the easy mode button and throw on some Race Soft and make every car handle like gocarts. That is no fun in my opinion, and require alot less skill to pull off.

But, that's just my cup of tea, everyones diffrent, after all.
