i seen somewhere that if you do a race with less pp then you get more money i just did an online challenge and i didnt get any more money or exp how do you do thisk?

There are two ways to get more money. Log in to PSN every day for a week and you get 200% bonus on any money or experience you make. Keep logging in every day to get that.
As far as PP goes, most of the recent seasonals give you extra money for lower PP. Any that do have it written in the description of the race. TTs don't give you extra money for lower PP, just the five race events every other week. There are lots of descriptions on here about which events make the best money in the shortest time.
