More Than One Car in Photo

I'm sure someone has written a tut or tips and tricks on editing pictures to put more than one car together, but I'm not finding it. Before I just start banging away in GIMP to try and figure this out myself, does anyone have a link to a thread that will help me?

I tried just now to cut and paste, but... that didn't go well. Somehow, my fixed camera wasn't but so fixed.
