I couldn't find another thread about it so here we go.

Many films feature cars getting wrecked. As somebody who has a passion for car I sometimes wince at the sight of beautiful/expensive/exotic cars being destroyed in a movie.
The top three for me are as follows

- Aston Martin DBS/ Casino Royale
- Dodge charger/ The Fast And The Furious
- Lamborghini Muira/ The Italian Job

If you know of any others which make you look away from you screen, or if I've made a mistake with the cars above please post them here.

Dodge Challenger in Vanishing Point...after cheering for the guy and sitting on the edge of my seat for over an hour, it was kind of funny to find myself holding back the tears at the end for the man and the car.

Michael Delaney's (Steve McQueen) Gulf Porsche 917 in 'Le Mans',
A fantastic crash that has you wincing to see such an awesome car(mock up as it is) get obliterated by the track barriers.

EDIT: Now with video, the first crash is pretty hardcore too!!!

Great movie! A lot of it was filmed within a hundred miles in either direction of my home town. 👍

The Murcielago in Dark Knight....

If you're going to wreck a nice car, at least give it more screen time and make it more exciting than JUST a t-bone. Get every penny's worth I say!

Was it really necessary to have it replayed in slow-mo!? Gave me shivers.
