What is the most unfair race you've ever been in, either unfair for you or your opponents?

Last night I was racing in the Grand Valley 300km endurance race. The opponent cars were around 300hp. I was in my fully tuned Ferrari F430.

This is the most recent example I can think of. I've probably done worse in previous versions of GT though :)

Pretty much any offline A or B-Spec event with any of the Red Bull cars.

Hmm so what your saying is

What is the most noobish race you've set yourself in? Like using a fully tuned ferrari in the Sunday cup?

That isn't unfair, It's just boring. And I doubt any one sets themselves up with a samba bus in the all stars championship. Aspec can't be unfair.

The only unsportsman like behavior in the game is in online play, where players choose to take shortcuts or start ramming others to get ahead. There are plenty of those "unfair" races online.

It was unfair...

...to the Corvette:D How embarrassing

In a shufflerace where I was leading with 10 seconds on the second last lap and the driver ( read: idiot) who was in last place took me out when he drove the wrong direction.
Got me so angry that I turned the game of before i did something dumb as a private message to the driver:)

I love doing this. :D...
Using a fully tuned car, or something else over-powered and racing in the Sunday Cup. :)

I often "test" fast cars on lower spec races - GTWord Cup has a two lap Le-Mans event and I ran several races on that in pukka LM cars against nice but much slower AI.

But I was testing and every race gets you 1% closer to a 1000 ticket.

most outclassed car in an AI race.
GT300 Garaiya in the Super GT (500bhp) But I got lucky as it was wet.
AC Cobra (No Downforce) in the Nostalgia Race car cup - that was very hard to beat the 2J roadrunner at Monte Carlo. Had to race like it was touring cars

Oh... right... I had forgotten about endurances other than the 300km one, for car break-in. Which brings me to my unfair race, my DLC Beetle against those cars. But my Beetle was fully-tuned, so it dominated :D.

How in hell???
I had run the B-spec race beforehand, kept note of the AI's lap speed. I was quicker through the last third of the track (from the corkscrew to the last corner) so I had enough gap each lap to hold on to first down the front straight.
Pre spec 2 also, before the tyre wear changed.:)

If that is not edited image, it is definitely one of the best race victories ever :).

the damned XJR-9 in the Dream Car Championship. You either have to blow away the rest of the cars in order to match up against the XJR-9 or settle for 2nd place for a more competitive race

Just restart until it isn't there, then you can even win with a modded street car, but you can have a good race with the Zonda and Ford GT's in any case. The XJR-9 ruins the series.

My Corvette C6R was playing cat-and-mouse at the Nurb with it... OMG it was tense....

I didn't say you can't race it and have fun. Hell, there's probably some super-high-powered upgraded street cars that can catch it. And I suppose you'd need to detune most GT race cars to be competitive with the others(or at least use more fun tires).

But if you are racing the Jaag, the other cars are just obstacles to be cleared on the first lap(unless it starts way at the back, then maybe the first 2 laps). It is one of the more overwhelming rabbit cars in the game. If you race without it you can have a nice 3 or 4 way battle for the lead and championship points in every race.

Maybe someday PD will release a game with an option: "Chase-the-rabbit mode: on-OFF."
