'95 Australian GP I'm going to say last V12 engined F1 car (the 412T2) as Ferrari to the V10 in the F310 in '96. Although the last win for a V12 was Alesi's only career win at Canada in the same year.

If it wasn't about being the last V12 win in '95 Canandian GP I'm pretty sure the 412T2, although paddle-shift, was only a six speed. So last win for a car with six forward speeds (as it was seven and subsqently eight)
