No more geography, pls.

I liked those questions! Admittedly they got muuuch harder as time went on :D

While we wait for @Jimlaad43, here's a quick coffee-break leaf from @Dotini's book:

Coffee break.

This should be easy. A skilled sports car racer, but his fame came from another direction. Identify:

Of course. You left his name on the side of the car just below the windscreen, silly.

Unless the driver is borrowing someone else's car, in which case I'd guess Paul Newman.

No I didn't... that name doesn't say Paul Newman... it says Frank Capua ;)

Which means you got it, Paul Newman. In this case he's playing Frank Capua in a still from Winning. Silly. :D

Ahahaha, brilliant.

Sadly not.

Pink Helmet - Blue Eyes, Yesterday

Cheeky Question.
Which Race Winning Ferrari Driver got sacked (From Ferrari) for watching a Tennis Game. (It was a Grand Slam Final.)

It was prior to Ivan Capelli - He was watching the French Open Finals... he didn't get sacked right away but this event spoilt the Team managment/driver relationship and forced him out by the end of that season.

The Driver who won the Grand Prix while the French Open was on replaced him at Ferrari

I want to say that it was Patrick Tambay that got fired and Didier Pironi was the one who replaced him? Which would put it in 1980 or thereabouts.

Patrick Tambay Missed a team breifing to watch fellow Frenchman Yannick Noah who went on to win the French Open.
The Detroit GP - won by Michele Alboreto in a Tyrrell Cosworth - Final(155th) DFV win ever. - (Alboreto went on to take over the Number 27 car at Ferrari for 1984)
