Yeah with a controller I got a 2:10 something. But with my wheel I could scrape of a another few seconds.

I did it with DFTG/Wheelstand, but going back to that seems like a handicap although I know there are plenty fast people with those..In the mean time I got a really nice set up parked in the corner on a furniture dolly.. Possibly until mid June...
Although Thrustmaster seems to be following through on my request, it remains to be seen how long or "if" they take care of it..They have the sales receipt and pictures and everything they asked for, and confirmed they received those..
So we'll see..
 
It took me about an hour and a half for that time. There's definitely more there, but as I'm not eligible anymore I'm not gonna push any further. I'll keep doing each round just to see what I can put down for times.

Is anyone going to be practicing tonight for the Red Bull Ring? I haven't done any practice for tomorrow night yet.
 
Wow thats really good . Ol` LV huh ? My buddy TRL Beau is in the top 3 last I checked . Its like a 2:05.000 just rediculous lol.

2:09. something for me and doubt if I could shave much more with a DFGT.
I would need to lower rotation, and still might not matter..
Can you imagine doing that with a standard GT-R weight, and not the lighter Nismo..:lol:

2:09.244 is my best time in the first round of GT Academy.

Not eligible anymore as in you made it to the final selections once?

As for Red Bull Ring practice, tonight will be the first time I had a chance to do some laps with the car on this track this week. Talk about arrive and drive. :dopey:

Yes lol. Silverstone Finalist 2013.

Got some good testing in last night with a couple guys. I should hopefully make the race in time tonight. I've got a last minute TV interview with a local CBS station about my racing efforts to try and get some more exposure (fingers crossed) but it should get wrapped up in time for me to make it home in time for the green stuff on the outside curbs of this track to ruin my race several times. :crazy:

Well looks like that trouble last night shot my season to bits. Lol Oh well maybe ill take time off to focus on the academy . Good luck fellas.
 
No im not saying that . Just im out of it so im going to focus on the academy. Doesnt mean im not coming back. Im not mad at no one . it was my internet.
 
Besides guys take time off all the time. I have took the championship two seasons in a row. I figured you guys would be excited to have a new champ. Lv is really fast. He will be a strong contender for the overall this season

Well I thought about it and I'll be racing this weekend.Doing TT laps at silverstone is getting old . Plus I can just have fun these last two races and let it all hang out. Lol im going for broke with nothing to loose.
 
I'll be on in 10 minutes to do some more testing. If anyone wants setup help or track instruction I'll be on for about an hour.
