In all the films i have ever seen (which is easily in the 10's of thousands) i have only ever actually seen 2 people land on ground when fulling off somewere high.
They either always land in water, on a car or you just here a scream and it cuts away.
Soldier - bloke falls off of wires lands smack on his back & spits blood out, it looks so much more effective.
The Eye 2 - Ok this was clearly CGi, but at least you saw her land & it looked very good.
Why is there always a conveniantly parked car for you to land on??
