I'm having really big trouble finding a free program that will let me convert more than 10 songs, and then ask me to pay up.:irked:

Please help!

Cant you burn wav CD's in Windows Media Player? I'm soooo sure I did it on my buddies PC, pop in the CD-R and autorun will ask you if you want to burn a audio CD, drag-andd-rop files into the window, click make CD, and a wizard will pop up. Win Media Player will then do the converting.

EDIT: hmmm...you did not specifically say you wanted to burn CDs, but uh...I dont see why else you would want to have a bunch of big wav files lying around...anyway, did you try dBpowerAMP or Media Jukebox?

Is this on Windows Media Player 9?
Yeah...I'm pretty sure, whatever WMP comes with XP service pack 1. But you have to have autorun enabled, so that box pops up when you stick in the CD. I don't know of any other way to get to that option.

how about musicmatch jukebox? that odd media player that came with your computer (came with mine anyway)

it has a nifty mp3-wav/wav-mp3 converter. i use it whenever i suspect a song of containing any hidden messages
