I am looking for a suspension setting for the MP4 please . I keep all my cars stock apart from suspension . I just can't seem to find one that works with this car .And in the real world does this car use a limited slip diff I've been told it doesn't as it has an active suspension system .

Can try this:

there is a ballast at 31kg at - 50

Ride Height 00/00
Spring Rate 11.0/11.0
Extension 10/10
Compression 6/8
Anti-roll bars 2/3

Camber 1.8/2.0
Toe -0.25/-0.20

It´s for racing tires, enjoy.
