Shift rod that is LOL.

I got my package today of custom Basher Boards shift rods for my customized TH8 shifters. All I can say is WOW!

I had to make this thread because of people like Mr. Basher, Pilmat, Yipzone, Ekretz and a few other home brew modders we have some of the most awesome sim gear around.

If we had to wait for big companies to do anything for us, we'd never get anything. Please reply in the thread if you've received great service from our home brew manufacturers.

Thanks guys! Keep up the great work!

Keep up the great work, guys!

Mayaman is right, without you guys improving our gear we wouldn't be where we are now. Plus I must say I have learned a lot of each and everyone of you and got to know some amazing people along the way.

You guys can be proud of what you all are doing indeed. :)

Happy owner of an SFA1 and a short shift shaft!
MR Basher is a great guy and offers great products and support!

Yep, thanks to basherman's SFA1, I was able to migrate to the TH8RS long before I got a T500.
His workmanship on the shafts he made for me last year was outstanding as well.
Not to mention all the sim-gear help and advice he has provided.
The skate bushing brake mod for T500 was brilliant too.
The service: STELLAR. 👍 👍 👍 👍

I've only ever bought the Basher Brake Mod, and not only is it an ingenious and inexpensive mod that adds SO MUCH to the T500's pedals, but when I had a concern about the feel of it the level of service I received on such a small item was incredible... and if I ever need another of his products I will order in a second with supreme confidence. Recommended all the way!!

It is priceless to have support from mr Basher or Ekretz. Either by supplying solution or advice, they fill the void left by the gear supplier who stay suspiciously silent when times come to fix blatant issues.
Thank you for your support.
Thank you also for this thread mayaman

Best thread title evar.

My wheel should arrive today so once it does I'll be sure to give some kudos here 👍

I can't wait to hear how Jerome likes his new motors...I'm so impatient I feel like a new daddy in the waiting room waiting to hear about the new baby, lol.

Thanks you guys for the kudos...I think Jon deserves them way more than I do though! He has been doing awesome work for a long time - thanks from me too, mrbasher, even though I've never used any of your products, I seriously appreciate the awesome services you provide for everybody.

Basher's short rod is nice! worth every penny IMO. :)

Everything is hooked up and ready running great!

Here's a pic of my power supply underneath my seat, with power connectors going to a power strip out the back:

Here's my air pump fully hooked up. I tried it mounted to the shifter plate, but it was pretty loud and made my seat vibrate (and that's all I'll say about that ) So I have it on the floor, it's still a little louder than I was hoping, but if I mostly close or fully close the door to my office, you can't hear a thing:

Here's my wire and tubing setup:

And last but not least my CSR-E where I've promptly removed all the M$ garbage since we can't use it on the XB1 👎:

Many thanks to eKretz for his hard work, and plenty of patience with my as I asked n00b question after n00b question until I fully understood just about everything for this setup.

I can't brag about Eric enough, he always promptly replied to my PMs, took pictures of various stages of the progress, worked late nights, the list goes on and on....I would recommend him for anyone's CSR-E/CSW or any other electrical upgrades/fixes you may need. He even hooked me up with a shifter mod, which I'll install later.
