multiple B spec drivers

what is the point of having so many? Can use more than 1 when you reach extreme events or something?

In Extreme you'll need at least 2 drivers. I heard you need 4 for a 24 hour endurance race. It's basically for driver swaps during long events.

would have made way more sense to have multiple drivers racing at the same time. B-spec would be a lot more exciting if you were constantly swapping between drivers and telling them what to do.

when you are at A-spec endurance, do you need b-specs?

You get the chance to hire an extra driver every 5 levels, E.g b-spec level 5 = 2 drivers, level 10 = 3 drivers etc

It's not based on a single drivers level but on the equated b-spec level you have
