Ask the other person to send first ( you can do otherwise but this is easier. ) plug in the usb, start GT5 recieve the payment. Quit the game, copy the save data ( the one that holds your progress in GT5 ) to the USB. Restart GT5 send your part of the deal. Quit game, make sure that the date you put on the USB is on it. Delete the data thats on the PS3, copy the data the on the USB to the PS3. Rerestart GT5 and voila, the data whit the stuff you had to send the other person is back and you still have the stuff he sended to you

It is legit thats the only way to get all the birthday tickets there's nothing wrong with duping, your choice how you play the game though.
