I have a bad habit of going into lobbies in the games I play simply to mess with people, and from that I have come up with some great ways to do so. My latest bit of scheming however, requires a musical playlist. Is there any way to play it over a mic (clearly and still be able to talk/hear) or via the PS3 itself?

People who play loud music that will sound like crap on the PSN will be muted.

If your intention is to simply troll lobbies, don't be surprised if you get no help with this "problem".

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and wait for your reply before I decide if this thread needs to be locked or not.

It's mostly to mess with my friends, but if I find a chill lobby with a good sense of humor I'd break it out.

Just a Fiat 500 and a goofy song to go with it, nothing a lot of people don't do anyways minus the music.

Before I get into the question, It is understandable that you do such behavior in rooms that are labeled "Chill". I kinda would do the same if I joined one and situate for a couple of hours or so. However the severity of the behaviors and how it will affect others in the lobby (common sense) determines whether it's a no-show. Like constantly bumping onto someone without further reason to do so is a potential example. It is pretty much common sense on what's right or wrong. I think you're smart enough to tell ;) And now to the question:

I remember going into a couple of rooms and people playing music while simultaneously conversing. I think they just use a stereo, adjust the volume at a sustainable level, so that you and others can hear your voice. Maybe have the mic a bit distant from the stereo, like around 3-5 feet, if you want the music to be loud as well have your voice to be clearly heard. Other than that method, I'm not sure how to integrated the music onto the game unless the mic comes with a MP3/Audio IN jack, which I doubt any mic does or will have.
