My 1000m car

This GT-R is a bit of a pain to tune right. I'm only in the 14.9's so far.

I am at 14.6xx with that GT-R.

This guy has this really fast Spec C so I am chasing that record. Going to take me a while. Only been playing for a day. Im not to far behind. I was pulling 14.9s with the spec C for a while and then uncovered a few really good secrets and am now my best is a 14.289. I am sure I can shave off 2-3 tenths by tommorow morning. I almost got first to launch 100 full throttle without spinning what so ever. Then I spray 2nd hard and it just chirps. Once I get these slight traction issues out of the way, I am sure I will pull a high 13 or really low 12. The key is to get your 400m at 7.8-7.9. Once I do that, the rest is pull gear tuning. Remind you, I am doing this with TCS off. Maybe I should go put it on and see what I turn up?

Give me a week and his record will be broken with TCS off!!!

235mph

Dont laugh either. Its only my first day. I am more focusing on how I can spray 1st and 2nd with minimal tire spin. ALot of trial and error going on over here. Once I get the launch down and pull a 7.8 400m consistantly, I will fine tune the gearing and be right with you buddy.

What are your 400m times with those runs? What are you trapping at?

Got my 400m times to 7.8 but still in the 14s. I got some researching/learning to do. At this rate, I am going to have to get low 7s in the 400m to run a decent 13 second 1000m

I'll say that my trap speed is higher than yours.

I-Runner and Mafs both run trap speeds around where yours is.


But they do 7.6X 1/4s.

EDIT: And you don't need a low-7 1/4 mile to get 13s. I did it on an 8-flat.

YOU WISH I was only 235mph!!

I had hit 390km/h which is around 242.5mph.

If you think you'll get a low 13 or even a 12 with the Scooby, I want whatever you're smoking krkline. Good luck at getting this record anyway.

I never said anything about 12s. Just said it would be nice to get a decent 13sec number. I know there is a few tenths of tuning left to come out of this car. My best pass is a 14.048 so far. Only been at this one day so just give me time. I will squeek out 2 more tenths and take the record for 1000m spec C. **** im only 5 thousandths behind you... I know I can pass your number by tommorow

Umm, the best I have on here is a 13.956, my best overall is a 13.899. Can take me 2 minutes to just upload that photo but I'm lazy!!
