I keep my printer offline, I think I only upgraded the firmware when I first got it(?) That sounds awful though for those users who like to use that Orca Slicer software. I'm a beginner, so using the included software is fine for me. She prints like a dream still and this was after trying 3 other 'best for noobies' printers too 🙄
I can't recommend this printer enough for its easy out of box usage. I did look on their forums for recommended settings, but my first print worked flawlessy with their default settings. I've moved onto some improved settings but it still prints great, or did the last time I did used it.
It is collecting dust atm. But I got the printer just because having someone else print my 'Lego Rebuilders' was going to be $800, what's another couple hundred bucks and I get to have my own printer.
