You have a profile picture, but I cannot see that you've uploaded an avatar (Your avatar section on your page in the mod control panel is blank.) This is also in the wrong place as forum avatars have nothing to do with GT5.
Go and try and upload an avatar, and if it still doesn't appear, try a thread in the site feedback forum.
