By asking someone to make it transparent for you....:D

Ok, here's how I did it.

1.) Within Macromedia's Fireworks, open the image.
2.) File->Export Preview.....
3.) Click on "add color to transparency" and select the white background.
4.) Pick a file name.

This is just one method using the program that I frequently use. Using other programs, I would probably make the background canvas layer transparent by adjusting the canvas properties. Then I would take my little magic wand and select and delete each element of the car that you don't want. Of course being an animation, you will have multiple frames to deal with.
