The PC runs like new and and happy that I finally got rid of that annoying threat. My friend told me that the file vtstu.dll was not a virus, it was a windows component, only that it was infected; and if I deleted it from my pc, windows wouldn't run properly...and I said OOPS! :D I was about to screw my pc for good :dunce:
That's funny, I have W2000 server and profesional, Win XP pro here, no computer has that file. If you accidently delete it you can copy it from instalation CD or SP cab. remember to delete it from dllcache too.

If you want to get music off your I-pod without searching through loads of files and what not, then use this LINK Its called Ephpod and all you do is install it, plug your ipod in and open the programme, and it looks a little like i-tunes, but you can select the songs and tell it to put them on your Hardrive, it also put them into seperate folders for easy access.

Also you can turn off the automatic update thing in I-tunes so that you i-pod wont automatically update and delet your files. and if you set your i-pod to disk mode, you can use it like an external Harddrive and you can put anything you want on your i-pod including video and pictures. glad you got it sorted.
