Yup thats what it looked like stock. It's little, about the size of a Toyota Camry or so I'm told.

But what I have done to it.

Exterior: The lights, signals, carbon fiber tails, M3 mirrors, billet bowtie, billet shorty attena, Xeone fogs.

Electronics: Infinity BassLink sub, Panasonic headunit, Alpine Type S speakers, Escort X50 fuzz buster

Suspension: Lowered 3 inches more then the Xtreme kit, so 5 inches lower then a stock blazer

Performance: AEM cold air intake and Michilen high performance tires

Here I got the Halo's working and took pictures with my buddies el crapo camera.

Ya I just spliced them into the side markers, so yes they blink when I turn the blinkers on, but it sure beat trying to run wires all over. I'll get some pictures with my camera tomarrow night.

 Shouldn't you get that fixed? :D

I know I should have spliced them better, like into the fog lights. But that would have been whole assed, my truck is about 92.4% half assed.

I don't believe your "92.4%" figure, but I have no room to talk! :p

Pretty much the only non half assed thing on the truck is the stero system because Circut City installed it for me. Hell even the lowering job isn't whole assed, considering we were drinking the whole time we were doing it. Not a good combination .

Thank God you are not a professional mechanic.

Blazin's buddy - dude! your momo steering wheel's coming off!

Blazin - holy crap!

Blazin's buddy - pull over, dude!

Blazin - I can't I can't! OMG!

 Just kidding!

Wow the funny part is I can see that happening...and to think I want and aftermarket steering wheel...Oh God I'm screwed .

Less crappy pictures of the halos so you can see what they look like.

I like the new headlights.

Though I don't really like blazers, someone around me has an extreme and everytime I see it I can't help but love the looks it's got.

Do you have any more underhood plans or are you happy with what you have so far?

The aftermarket segment for the 4.3L V6 sucks, not to mention the engine itself sucks. I've put the thing on the dyno before and it puts down about a 140ish hp.

I have a K&N drop in right now but I would like to upgrade to a FIPK kit and upgrade the Y pipe and exhaust system from 2.5inches to 3 inches. But other then that I think I will be fine with the engine mods.

I would like to work on the suspension some more though, I want to take the rear leafs out and put in a 5 link, no bags though. I think a link suspension will make it handle a lot better.

I have always liked your truck, but seeing this makes me miss mine! Life goes own! Just remember if you love it, keep it!

Keep up the nice work! Keep it simple. 👍

Thanks man! I was going to sell it, but I knew I would miss it. I'm just going to drive it till it dies, which will more then likely be when I get out of college. I put a tremendous amount of miles on it per year, but like I said it just needs to last through college.

That's cool... I think I'm gonna end up keeping mine til it dies too. I like it but it's just falling apart. Thank god it's everything but the critical parts.

Don't even waste time replying to that crap.

You've got a passion for what you do, and that's amazing. It shows, in good ways. Props.

Not trying to sound nasty, but 140hp from a 4.3L V6 dosen't seem that much to me. I mean, my dad has a 2.5 V6 Contour which dishes out 170. Although I suppose your's probably has more tourque.

Not usually a fan of blazers at all (too many rednecks driving them in my area), but I really like the headlights. Cool :)

140ish wheel horsepower, its a 190 at the crank. The Contour more then likely has less wheel horsepower then the 170 crank hp. Yes I think it's something like 220 lb ft or something at the wheels.

not till you get a V8

Gas is to expensive for that, I think I would turbo it before I went off and put a V8 in. Ahhh a modern Typhoon...the thought makes me happy.

Rednecks? I think you must live in northern Michigan .

What?!?! You are aware that the 4.3 is essentially 3/4 of a small-block?

I don't know much about GM EFI engines, but at least with the old carb'ed 4.3s you could use small block pistons, rods and rings in the engine. The small block Chevy Vortech supercharger kit (with the carb enclosure...not sure if you can fit this over a EFI throttle body) will fit if you just chop the intake tube about 8 inches...and makes the little engine crank out 400 hp with electronic ignition. Small block parts are a dime-a-dozen. You should be able to find something.

.
Not really. The 5.0 or 5.3 Small blocks are actually just as efficient as the 4.3 (a testament to how much of a piece of crap that motor was). When my mom sold her '94 Blazer and bought a '00 Silverado, the Silverado actually gets better fuel mileage than the Blazer did, despite weighing about 500 lbs more.. Also being a plus is that the 5.3 has around 280-300 Hp.

Well first off the differences between the 94 V6 and the 03 V6 are slight but there are few. If I drive decently I can get 17mpg in the city. But there is virtually no aftermarket for the motor. Trust me I've looked, and since its built so bad it can't really take a ton of power. The supercharger kit for the truck only boosts the power by about 50hp.

Plus the truck is limited to 98mph, and I can get that with the stock motor. Sure I could buy a 300 dollar Hypertech programer...but I just don't see the use.
