just thought I would share this project that I have been working on with the GTplanet family.

The Cars of GT5

Gonna ask this... and see what happens.
To the Mods.. Can this possibly be stickied?

Sweet! Good job on that project. Keep it up :)

Wow. That is really comprehensive and very well written. Impressive.

Good work! For design's sake, I'd change the background to be less of a harsh black, change the font from comic sans, and make the logos themselves smaller.

Amazing job man! I would just change the layout to something a bit more subtle... try to change the font color to white on some parts as yellow can be tricky to read. :)

And put Trebuchet MS as a font... it'll improve readability too!

That's epic, I love it. Great work.

Apex? Get lost, apex.

I think Verdana looks better then Times New Roman in yellow.

Oh wow, I haven't seen anyone use Comic Sans for a while :D

Not trying to mock you or anything, nice work :)

Very impressive, just a heads up the Holden Commodore SS featured in GT5 is a VY and not the next model inline (VZ) as you have for the in the description.

Kudos for all the time I imagine it took to create that. Well done 👍

Good job. Needs a few design tweaks like the font and logo sizes but a really good start with insightful information.

Impressive! I like a few of the suggestions posted here and would humbly submit to you that the center aligned text is a bit obnoxious and would love to see a paragraph styled format in its stead.

Really???? Over 1000 pages, 15 months worth of work and you want to complain about 13 lines of font on one page? To those of you who left compliments.... thank you. For the rest of you, your more than welcome to do something like this on your own, and invest the amount of time that I have (for free). This is my site, and I put the pages together the way I wanted them.

@ Jay, thank you for the info I will get that corrected asap.

@ sharkyzero, I do agree with you on that point and am working on fixing the pages that are still that way.

Nice! 👍

How long did that take to do?

Wow.. Impressive job.
This IS a contribution fo GT Family

Impressive stuff! Not something I'd have willingly taken upon myself to do!

Dear god there is a HUGE collection of excellent info there. What a project to take up, no doubt there is a lot of man hours in it. I would sometimes hit up Wikipedia to learn about the cars in gt5 but i deffo will be going to your site first from now on. Thanks for sharing :)

Congratulations, this is impressive! It deserves to be stickied for sure. I will need time to go through and enjoy the reading, again thanks a lot for sharing.

Nice! 👍

How long did that take to do?

it took almost 15 months to do, partly due to not having the game until Nov. but once I had the game in hand it went pretty quick LOL. Just for the pictures alone I have over 100 hrs invested.

Nice. :)

My only suggestion is to maybe have the cars in order (like race cars at the bottom etc).

the cars are ordered first by manufacturer and then by model according to how they are listed in the game.

Great job 👍

Mind if I share it on another site?

of course you can share, I would actually love it if you did that. And thanks much for asking.

Mind if I share it as well? Great work once again, I'll have to sit down and read through it when I get a chance.

Thanks dude, I think it's only fair to ask (and give credit) as there's obviously a fair bit of work gone into that :D

any one who would like to share is more than welcome to AND if you can maybe a link in your sig to the site? Thanks again for all the kind words, makes the effort worth it to me.

I'd like to congratulate you on all this hard work! Really amazing! Well done!! 👍

This isn't any criticism and rather some help/advice: the article about the BMW 330i '05 (I just wanted to read that as I myself am a great BMW fan.)

In that article you focus a lot on the 3 series legacy, in particular the E46. I'm a little confused, as it appears that you have mistaken the car for an E46(1998-2004)

The 330i '05 is an E92 BMW, this information about the E46 may be there as extra information on the 3 series or I think you may have confused the models as you only focus on the E46 and nothing really about the E92.

I hope that you read this and can confirm that there's not a lot about the specific car (330i '05) that you were writing about.

Dont get me wrong, I'm not having a go at you, rather helping you to improve it even furtherto make the car list even better!

Not a problem, thank you for bringing that to my attention, I will get that corrected in the next couple of days for sure
