My email address

Hello a person that knew my email address activated an account on here a few months ago. Now i want to actually join but it says the email address is already activated. Can you do something please? Thanks

Without knowing what that e-mail address is, any proof that the e-mail address is yours and exactly how that person activated an account on GTPlanet through the e-mail sent to prevent it happening again, no.

First you'd have to actually tell someone your email address. Don't post it in this thread, PM a Mod.

You can't really do anything about someone who activated an account with your email address, they didn't just know your email, they must of had access to it at some point in order to accept the verification. Are you sure it wasn't you who signed up previously and then forgot you had signed up?

Just checked email it was me the activation email does not work, i cant change the address to <email removed> can something be done. Thanks.

Edit our your e-mail address, man...

Log into the old account and change the email address to blackhole:@:gtplanet.net. Then, re-activate your new account with the email that you want to use.

Use the Forgot Password script to recover the old password.
