I'm sick and tired of trying to play games with Integrated Graphics and I will be building a gaming PC. I'm trying to stay under $800 as much as I can. I have been doing some research and came up with this build.

This is my build so far. I do not know when I will buy the parts. I have about $300 right now. I was thinking about taking advantage of some of these 24 or 48 hours deals that Newegg has been doing. I may even wait until Black Friday/Cyber Week to get a great deal on the parts. What do you guys think? With a few things to update I think this could be my future gaming build for a few years.

Looks good to me. If you want to though, you could go with an Ivy Bridge processor.

Everything else though, I see no problems with.

Looks good. If you're going to Microcenter you might check out the prices at your store. You should be able to get a 2500k or similar processor for around 150-170. They will give you a free motherboard or $50 off a higher end one. Also, they're salesmen so make them work for it; tell them to give you the best deal possible.

You need to hit the NJ Micro Center brick and mortar store. The Ivy Bridge i5 3570K is $190, and when you pair it with a Z77 motherboard you get an additional $50 off the pair. As of today the deal still appears active.

Core i5 3570k

ASRock Z77 Extreme4

ASUS P877-V

Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H

I recommend budgeting for a higher quality power supply. Newegg has a sale today on the Seasonic X750 power supply. It's $110 after promo code EMCNBJN25 and while that's not cheap, that's a lot of PSU for the money.

The Seasonic M12II 520 is also a respectable power supply. $68 with promo code SSPSU15 until tomorrow.

Happy building!

Thanks for suggestions. I may have to make a trip up to my local Microcenter. The only problem is I live 2 hours away from one and I don't drive. I'm going to have to order everything online.

12thgear, I do not know when I will buy anything. I'm waiting until I finalize my build. I will probably will start ordering my parts late this month or early next month.
