In my opinion, all three cars you mentioned require a bit of tuning if you want to be fast. All three though are great cars though, 787B has always been my favorite but can be a bit of a bus stock though haha. Good Luck
I'd pocket the money and try to win the Toyota 88C-V, but if you must purchase one, the 787B has gotten good word of mouth. Great looks, handling, and a killer sound. Or hold out and hope the Used Dealership has a Sauber C9 in stock.
