I've been driving a bunch of your tunes on the shootouts these past few months, and really enjoying them. In the back of my mind I've been telling myself I should really start trying to do my own tunes and understanding tuning better.

Well the recent Japanese seasonal inspired me to finally dive in head first and try one out. I had so much fun with the car I posted the tune to the seasonal forum.

But I decided to post it here as well in hopes that a couple of you good tuners out there might want to try it out and perhaps give me some feedback. Overall I'm pretty happy with it as far as suiting my driving style. The one thing that annoyed me is I couldn't tame the corner entry understeer. I tamed it a little, but maybe that's just the trade off for the extra grip, I don't know.

Anyway, here it is if any of you are interested to try it out:

Toe: -0.10 / 0.05

Brake Balance: 4 / 6

Drivetrain: Stock LSD

Transmission
Reset to Default
Set Top Speed to 112
Set Final Gear to 5.500

Then Set Gears as follows:

1st: 3.234
2nd: 2.409
3rd: 1.892
4th: 1.520
5th: 1.215

Set Final Gear: 3.709

This will yield a top speed in the upper right of 130 mph. This is what I used for Tsukuba and London.

For the other courses, adjust Final Gear only to change top speed.

I hope some of you have as much fun with this car as I have!

Hehe I'm in a similar mindset to you, I often use other peoples tunes and I'd love to give something back, as an aspiring mechanic I'm starting to get a handle on GTs settings and how they relate to real world mechanics (a lot of the scales aren't relatable to real life so you kinda have to experiment)

As for this tune, I'm definitely going to try that out but first I have to beat this GT Academy seasonal.. the TT was the easiest thing I've ever done, finished it on my warm-up lap, but I'm really struggling with the race, best I've done was a second on the final stretch and I can't afford to go back and do the 80s seasonal when this one has a time limit =/

Edit: Finally beat the seasonal! time to try out this tune, I'll tell you how I find it if you want feedback

Edit 2: I find the understeer to be rather un-managable, quite a fun car to drive but I can't seem to find a driving style that fits this particular tune unfortunately
