My game freezes when trying to enter a lobby constantly. Has anyone else had this issue? How can i solve it?

It's gotten to a point to where I have deleted the game because it would freeze literally every time. I didn't have this issue awhile back. Its been very present since 2020. I tried redownloaiding the game not long ago and still having the issue. How can I solve this? Is it a network issue? When the game freezes the main menu music is still playing. Eventually it would kick me back to the main menu. The game is literally unplayable for me at least.
