My Home Wallpapers - Tokyo?

I've been wondering since I started the game if the last option in the My Home wallpapers is indeed Tokyo. I just came back from there in August so it looks pretty similar but it could be Special Stage 5... Can anyone confirm?

All of the photo mode locations (My Home) are real locations.

Not the photo locations, I'm talking about the My Home wallpaper that sits above your stats in your profile. It looks like it could be Special Stage 5 or it could be a nightshot of Tokyo...

Yes it is Tokyo, some of the walls are from the photo travel locations or the in game tracks, one being SSR5.

It has to be one or the other, SSR5 is not Tokyo.

Now that I look at it again, it looks like it (the wallpaper) is Special Stage Route 5...

You could argue that SSR5 is modeled after roads in the Tokyo bay area.

True, I always wondered what they modeled it after. But the street and highway signs are in English, although I've never looked up what they are. And it would need some neon signs to really make it Tokyo.
