Are they really expensive in Canada? Personally speaking, all I ever see are Ontario and Vancouver plates, and they seem kinda boring to begin with...

I only had to wait 10 days, which seemed quite efficient for a State known for its outrageous Bureaucracy. I would have been forced to change my plate in November to either the White/Blue style (too plain) or the Peninsula Plate (what I have, a bit busy, but interesting...). The Blue plate is dead unfortunately, but at least they let me keep my old one...

What about ASSMAN?

reference to Seinfeld

I love that show. :D

You shouldn't. A couple Texas M3 owners registered German plates for their cars while keeping Texas plates on the back.

How are you able to register a foreign plate in the front in Texas? Anyone have any links to help me out? I've decided to get a real authentic German plate for my Prelude.

I'll probably get stopped within 15 minutes of putting the German plate on...since I live 1 mile from the Police station AND 2.5 miles from the Courthouse. If there is a legal way for me to do it I would love to find out. :D

I'm not sure how much they charge us for vanity plates, I think around $50CDN, though I never actually tried to get one.

Nice plate, YSSMAN 👍

Check to see if the front plate has a height requirement in your state. Like for example, in Washington state, you have to have a front plate, but the only requirements are that the plate must be clearly visible and that the height of the plate is within four feet from the ground. So when we got my friend a German styled plate, we just stuck the front plate in the windshield.

Not the prettiest thing in the world, but this way, it was still technically legal.

lol my uncle's friend has a chevy avalanche with the liceince plate named "KAB00M" which i find hallarois considering that he is in the airforce as an explosives decomissioner
