my PSN is acting up, Hacker VS PS3 ???

this past week my psn has been acting up keeps disconnecting me. i would try to connect back online and 5 to 10 mins the network would kick me back offline. this happens at least 5 times a day for me. what is up? is it because of hackers united VS the PS3 battle or lawsuit?
