My Skyline came off the dyno!

Well my Skyline was first car to run on the dyno at a dyno night last Friday. Got a wee bit of a scare when it came off the dyno - car was doing prolly over 100km/h or so and then one of the front straps (cos its a 4WD Skyline)broke and the car ended up parking off to the side.

No damage though and the replacement tie down lasted the rest of the night (shop owner is buying all new ones this week though). These straps have held an 800hp+ R32 GT-R before too... Appears it may have been melted or something.

But yeah, the two GTS-4 ones below are of my turbo Skyline. My non turbo GTS, my brothers Supra SZ and my girlfriends Kawasaki Ninja 600RR will all hopefully do a run next time.

That was pretty scary when your skyline jumped, nice little yelp you let out there

But that jet engine wasn't started too well. Someone went abit crazy with the ignition fuel (butane on those little guys usually), shouldn't have had a flame that big on it.

Haha, yeah. My girlfriend was the one who said the eff word i think. Turns out it did do damage though, one of the tow bars under the car at the front has almost been bent flat.
